Yoga

If I could only send one message, it would be “Yoga is for Everyone.”
And if I were granted two, the second would be “Yoga should be enjoyable.”

MY MENTORS:

Every yoga teacher has received inspirational advice and training – and I am no different to others in this respect.

Miguel Angel Sanchez: My original teacher from Reus, Cataluna, who ignited my passion for yoga and started me on my journey.

Godfrey Devereux: Former Director of the Life Centre, now teaching his Dynamic form of Yoga in Italy, with whom I continued my studies and learned so very much from.

Tara Fraser: A truly inspirational teacher, who helped ground me and nurtured me to deepen my knowledge and understanding of this great philosophy and lifestyle. Tara continues to guide me in my study of yoga to this day.

MY STYLE: It is difficult to define my style at this early stage of my teaching, but here goes… My aim is to blend the right mixture of dynamic flow together with elements of Viniyoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga to produce a thoroughly enjoyable experience that is unique to each participant. No two bodies are the same, I therefore tailor the class to each individual client. Don’t be put off if you don’t recognise the names or find them complex – the actual yoga is simple enough.
